How to Send a Letter

Using our email forwarding service will save you months of time in communicating with women on our website who do not have their own private email address or need letters to be translated.

This service is available for any address in Belarus, Russia, Ukraine, Latvia, Lithuania and in fact anywhere in the Former Soviet Union where we have our local offices. We will deliver and translate letters to any woman that you would like to write to even if she is from another marriage agency.

This is one of the best ways of sending mail quickly that we know of. UPS and FedX have 2 day delivery but it will cost you from $45-$75 for this!! The U.S. postal service has International Express mail but the cost is $18 to most countries and it takes 3-5 days.

Automated Mail-forwarding Procedure

Each time that a letter is sent the server will deduct the charges from your mail-forwarding account and send the receipt to you. When the account is low or empty, server will ask you to pay for the letter. To avoid the i-transact procedure for each letter, you can place any time whatever funds that you would like to replenish the account with. Use this page, Add Money, Services, Addresses In Bulk pages or ladies’ profile pages to place money to your mail-forwarding account.

If at any time you wish to close the account we will credit the remaining balance (if any) to you to be used for any of our other services.

Before writing to your Russian lady, please visit our Getting Replies page. It will help you in putting together your letter for the best results.

Your letter is immediately forwarded by email to the appropriate FSU office.

Our agent then prints your letter and photo (if you included one) and places it in an envelope and sends the letter to its final destination by regular postal mail. If you use our Registered service, your letter will be mailed by registered mail.

After the woman receives your letter she can send you an email letter as a reply using the same procedure in reverse or she can write to your home address by regular postal mail. Most women cannot afford to pay the email forwarding costs but if you want to pay them for her you may do so, just be sure to let us know if you want to do this.

Sending Procedure

Once you have found a woman you want to contact, click on the "Send Me A Letter" button on the lady's page. If you have purchased the lady's address previously or ordered one of our bulk discount address packages, enter your email address and password to proceed. If you are new to our service, please enter your email address only and click "Log In" and complete the billing form.

Once you have logged in you will be presented with a page where you can write to the lady you selected. There will be a blank box where you type your letter. May we suggest that you write your letter in Notepad, Word or some other editor first and copy it into the box, as your connection will time out if you write a long letter on this page and it will not be saved!

You will have the option to have your letter translated, to have the lady's reply translated (if you choose not to pay for this and the lady's language level is under 4 or 5, it will be forwarded to you in Russian), to be sent by registered or standard post and to send a photo/photos.

After you added your photos and chose the letter settings click "Continue" ONCE and on the next page you will see your letter and photo(s). You have the option to remove photos or add photos again.

If you are happy with your order click continue ONCE again.

The final page will show your letter, your photo and the cost of the letter. If you have not ordered the address previously, it will be added to this order. Members and bulk address purchasing clients will have the address deducted from their credits if they have not already retrieved the address.

Sending Photos

Delivery Time

With this procedure it is possible to send and receive a letter in as little as 3-5 days (if she replies quickly). Regular postal mail will take a minimum of 30-40 days round trip for the same letter, and it can be even longer.

1. Your letters are translated and mailed usually within 24 hours from the time we receive them.
2. Standard letters are usually received in 2-3 days unless it is a weekend but cannot be guaranteed to reach their final destination due to frequent theft of mail.
3. Registered letters take the same amount of time to be received as our Standard letters. Since they are sent by registered mail they cost more to deliver but are guaranteed to reach their destination.

Our Prices

Mail Forwarding

1. Standard Letter forwarding is $5.00 (up to 2 pages in length, 1 page = 650 words), each additional page is $2.
2. Registered Letter forwarding is $6.00 (up to 2 pages in length, 1 page = 650 words), each additional page is $2.

Translation

We offer translation services only along with mail forwarding. Translations are $10.00 up to one typed page (650 words per page), additional words are 2 cents each. Please note that we do not use computer software to translate our letters because computers do a very poor job of translating the correct meaning of the Russian language, because of this we use only people whose native language is Russian.

Most services are charging 5 cents per word which is more than $35 for an average one page letter! The reason we are able to do it cheaper is because your letter is sent to the FSU country where the actual translation takes place.

Photos

Photographs in jpg format can be sent with your letter. You have two options for this:

1. To print them in Black and White costs $2 each
2. To print them in Color costs $4 each

Ladies’ Photos and Scanned Copies of Ladies’ Letters

1. Ladies’ color photos can be sent to you for $2 each.
2. A scanned copy of the lady’s letter will be sent to you in the attachment. You will pay for this letter forwarding a standard price, so the attachment will be sent to you free of charge. 

!!! Please be advised that you must purchase (or retrieve as a member) a lady's address to be able to send letters to her.
